Mr. Charles Fredrick Bullard was born on November 15, 1970, in Lumberton, North Carolina. He departed his earthly life on Sunday, August 30. He was educated in the public schools of Robeson County, and upon graduation in 1989, enlisted in the United States Navy. He would spend 16 years in the Navy before receiving a medical discharge in 2015. After deciding to make his home in Pensacola, Florida, (Fred) continued to serve God at Pentecostal Temple, where he was head of Food Services, served on the Deacon Board, Head of Security, Basketball Coach, Summer Camp Director, and worked alongside his wife in the Youth Ministry. Fred loved many things including his classmates from the class of 1989, laughing and fellow shipping with his friends and sports. His favorite teams were the Carolina Tar Heels, Los Angeles Lakers, and the Washington Redskins! Fred was a family man who loved spending time with his family, cooking, playing basketball, and being a self-made comedian. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, nephew, friend and godfather.
Fred leaves behind to cherish his precious memories: his mother, Sabrina Coleman, and father, Charles H. Bullard; his loving and devoted wife, Isher Bullard; his children, Dominique, Travis, Autumn, Alexis, Ashanti, Charish, Charles III, Chabela and Catherine and Cynthia(whom he raised as his own); his grandchildren, Lyric, Avery, Alaya, and Layla; sisters, Catina Bullard-Clark and Lisa Evans; mother-in-law, Bessie Brown; father-in-law, Willie (Marilyn) Brown, Sr.; sisters-in-law, Theresa (Edwin) Jeffres, and Nikki (Shawn) Rhodes; brothers-in-law, Willie (Latia) Brown and Windell Evans Jr.; uncle, Minister Terry (LaShaunda) Coleman; aunts, Pamela (Steve) Baldwin, Donna (Jackie) Moody, Denise (Tommy) Lyons, LaRuth Floyd, Jennifer Randolph, and Margaret Savage; great-aunt, Betty McConnell; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
