Mr. James Enoch Pighet Jr. was born to James Enoch Pighet Sr. and Delores Geraldine Floyd Pighet on September 21, 1974 in Robeson County North Carolina. James was a loving child and made his parents very proud. James graduated from South Robeson High School and Robeson Community College receiving his certification in cosmetology. He was a salesman for many years, and changed his career path to truck driving and was employed by several trucking companies. His final employment was with TLD Logistic Trucking Company.
James attended Hilly Branch Baptist Church in Lumberton, NC at an early age and later joined Beauty Spot United Methodist Church in Rowland, North Carolina. James was a member of the Beauty Spot Men Ensemble, where he served as lead singer on many selections, the United Methodist Men where he enjoyed the fellowship with the men and was an usher. He also volunteered in many church activities.
On February 17, 2018 James was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mrs. Sandra Campbell Pighet. They were a lovely and caring couple and made their home in Lumberton , North Carolina. Their blended families made a perfect union. On Sunday May 30, 2021 James entered into eternal rest at his home.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories his wife, Sandra Pighet of the home, a daughter Leslie Howell of Charlotte, North Carolina; two sons, Deronta Jacobs of Raleigh, North Carolina and Jamal Pighet of Ohio; his mother and father James Enoch Pighet Sr. of Rowland, North Carolina and Deloris Floyd Pighet of Fairmont, North Carolina, one brother Derek Pighet of Rowland, NC; his mother-in-law , Louise Kelly Campbell and Father-In-Law James Andrew Campbell; his blended family of sons Rahfi Campbell and Dakwon Campbell and Levonder Clarks. Ten grand-children; Three sisters-in-laws; Pamela Campbell, Chowan Bethea and Keria Campbell ; one Brother-in-law Torry Campbell. James was very close to his aunts and uncles on the Pighet and Floyd sides. He also leaves many close cousins, friends , classmates and co-workers. He loved his family in a special way.
